Plunger Lubricants
The use of a small amount produces high performance and factory environment improvement
In die casting, plunger lubricant is essential for the lubrication of the sleeves and tips that are used to force the molten metal material into the molds.
The "NEOCASTER" plunger lubricant is used in the forming of aluminum for items such as automobile and motorcycle parts and mobile phones.
Water-soluble white type
These are water soluble and do not contain any graphite, so there is less soiling of the machine. These can also improve the casting surface on the product.
Water-soluble black type
The lubricating performance of graphite means that the lubricating performance of this type is in no way inferior to that of oil-based types.
W/O white type
This is a special lubricant type with performance that combines the "lubricating performance" merit of oil-based lubricants with the "safety, environmental performance and pin hole reduction" merits of water-soluble lubricants.
Oil-based non-pigment type
This is a yellow oil lubricant that is highly versatile.

P-100 | 100 | 0.90 | Light yellow liquid | Oil-based non-pigment type. This contributes to an improvement of the working environment and machine maintainability (for small- and medium-sized machines).
P-400 | 400 | 0.90 | Light yellow liquid | Oil-based non-pigment type. This contributes to an improvement of the working environment and machine maintainability (for small- and medium-sized machines).
P-800 | 800 | 0.90 | Light yellow liquid | Oil-based non-pigment type. This contributes to an improvement of the working environment and machine maintainability (for small- and medium-sized machines). |
Oil-based white type
This is blended with white solid lubricants. It has excellent lubricating performance that means it can even be used on large-sized die casting machines and it helps extend the service life of tips and sleeves.
Oil-based black type
This is a graphite type oil-based plunger lubricant that has natural graphite blended into refined mineral oil.
Granule lubricants
These suppress the generation of fire and smoke and improve the factory environment, including as a measure to keep the area around the molten metal supply port clean.

DL-520 | 0.60 | White granules | For medium-and large-sized machines. These suppress the generation of fire and smoke and improve the factory environment, including as a measure to keep the area around the molten metal supply port clean.
MCN-20 | 0.60 | Black granules | These are applied inside the sleeve from a dedicated supply device and then the temperature in the sleeve causes them to melt and form a lubricant film. There is less scattering at the time of application than when using the conventional oil-based and water-soluble plunger lubricants, so the problem of soiling around the sleeve is solved. |
Powder lubricants
The molten metal surfacing mechanism of the insulating gas suppresses the contact between the molten metal and the sleeve, prevents the generation of a solidified layer and promotes the fluidity of the molten metal.
