In addition to sales of devices and accessories and maintenance services, we also offer a contract analysis service in which we receive and measure user samples.
What is the sample size required for measurement?
The standard size is 85 mm square. By using a special jig, it is possible to handle samples with a minimum size of 20 mm square and a maximum size of 115 mm square.
What is the temperature and humidity range?
In our contract analysis service, we can handle temperatures between 10°C and 100°C, and humidity up to 100% RH, depending on the temperature.
In the case of water vapor, in addition to general test conditions of 25°C 50%, 40°C 90% RH, 60°C 90% RH, and 85°C 85% RH, special test conditions, such as 10°C 90% and 100°C 70%, are available.
For gases, wet/dry test conditions, such as 40°C 1 atm and 85°C 1 atm, are available.
Is gas measurement available?
Gases that can be detected by a mass spectrometer, such as oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen, and helium, can be handled.
What is range of film thickness that can be measured?
With a special jig, it is possible to handle from 10 μm to several mm.
